About Catpat

I made catpat as a replacement for the bot Dyno, which at the time was pretty bad and offered mediocre moderation solutions. Catpat was never meant to be a public bot, and its lack of configuration through commands and such would be a pretty good demonstrator of this. Surprisingly, the bot became more and more popular because of the people joining the servers it ran on, and eventually, on the 1st of January 2024, the bot became public and accessible by anyone - dan (catpat's developer).
